'It's all about bubbles'

When the bubbles in champagne explode in your mouth they create a chemical, uplifting sensory experience according to research published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences in France.

Professor Gerard Liger-Belair of the University of Reims Champagne-Ardennes, explains the findings.
