Bristol votes on graffiti future

People in Bristol, home of the artist Banksy, are getting the chance to vote on whether they want to keep - or remove - some of the city's iconic graffiti. Correspondent Jon Kay considers whether the council should be celebrating or condemning the illegal works which feature on the city's streets.
