At the beginning of World War II - seventy years ago this week - Neville Chamberlain's government gave the order to evacuate civilians, especially children, from major cities and areas where there were sensitive military targets. Many young children were sent away from their families and the Blitz to safety in rural areas, some even went abroad. A service at St Paul's Cathedral will mark the anniversary of the start of that great evacuation. Correspondent Nicola Stanbridge retraced the journey of one evacuee from town to country.
