Charity looks to end public debt

As public borrowing is predicted to reach more than one trillion pounds by some economists, the BBC has discovered a little-known charity that aims to pay the debt off. Reporter Jack Izzard explains The National Fund, founded more than 80 years ago, which amassed £280m but has now been dormant for decades.
