'No discrimination' over UK staff

The dispute over foreign workers seems to be growing despite the government's best efforts to stop it. It is especially worrying if it affects energy supplies. But with walkouts threatened at oil refineries, and even at Sellafield nuclear power station, that is a concern. The unions say feelings are running very high. Business Secretary Peter Mandelson says companies across the EU have the right to give work to companies which will fulfil the contract.
