Audio slideshow: Olympic cyclist's training regime

Beijing triple gold medal winner, 2008 BBC Sports Personality of the Year, and knighted in the New Year Honours List - Sir Chris Hoy - follows a strict schedule to stay in peak condition, and has the backing of a strong support team.

Impressed by the British Cycling team's success in China, one of Today's guest editors - Citigroup Chairman Sir Win Bischoff - wanted to see if the business world could learn a thing or two.

Our business presenter Adam Shaw met Sir Chris at the Manchester Velodrome - to see where an Olympic champion trains, and to find out what it takes to win gold.
