'Tough talking of the unmerciful'

The Archbishop of York John Sentamu has attacked what he called the "tough talking of the unmerciful" on the subject of immigration. In a speech delivered in London, he said the separation of religion, morality and law had gone too far. Immigration Minister Phil Woolas responds to the Archbishop's speech by saying that being tough and fair on immigration is not being immoral.
