Farming research cut 'is madness'

The UK may have to subsidise agricultural production if enough food is to be grown to meet increasing requirements in the long term, experts warn. Environment correspondent Sarah Mukherjee reports on whether the butter and beef "mountains" of the 1970s and 1980s could return.
