Millennium goals 'will not be met'

The Millennium Development Goals, a set of promises aimed at halving world poverty by 2015, will be discussed at the UN General Assembly's General Debate in New York. Correspondent Laura Trevelyan reports on whether these targets can be met. Barbara Stocking from Oxfam explains why money needs to be found to ensure the goals are met.
