Painter Rothko celebrated by Tate

Tate Modern is hosting the first major exhibition dedicated to the late works of Mark Rothko - one of America's most iconic post-war painters.

It includes 15 of the Seagram murals - where bright and intense colours in the early paintings give way to maroon, dark red and black in later canvasses.

Sculptor Anish Kapoor took Sarah Montague on a tour of the exhibition - and explained his fascination with Rothko's work.
