Helmand opium problem 'growing'

While a report from the United Nations paints a positive picture of the crackdown on opium production in Afghanistan, the situation in the southern province of Helmand is worse. This one area produces more illegal drugs than any other country on earth. Alistair Leithead reports from Afghanistan and Antonio Maria Costa, executive director of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, says British policy must be more aggressive in tackling production and trafficking.
