Russia troops 'slowly withdrawing'

As the crisis in Georgia continues, and the threat to Poland after the Poles agreed to have American missiles on their soil, what does this mean for Russia's relations with the west? Caroline Wyatt reports from Moscow and General Nikolai Uvarov says Russian troops are withdrawing and explains Russia's view in relation to Georgia and to Poland.
