The 650 bishops attending the Lambeth conference are going on a three day retreat of prayer and reflection led by Archbishop of Canterbury Dr Rowan Williams. But what exactly is a retreat? Alan Hunt, of 'team-building specialists' Sandstone and Dr Giles Fraser, the vicar of Putney, explain how it differs from a corporate exercise.
