Firms 'help public sector work'

Private companies are carrying out government work to a greater extent than was previously thought, a new report finds. DeAnne Julius, who wrote the report, and Mark Serwotka, of the Public and Commercial Services Union, discuss whether private firms should be carrying out public service work.
