Professor Sir John Sulston, who won the Nobel prize for his work on the human genome project, and Professor Joseph Stiglitz, formerly of the World Bank, who was awarded a Nobel prize for economics, discuss whether science has become a victim of commercial funding, ahead of lectures to mark the launch of Manchester University's Institute for Science Ethics and Innovation.
