Scots off-licence age to rise to 21

The Scottish government is set to announce that the minimum age for buying alcohol from off-licences will be raised from 18 to 21. Gavin Partington, from the Wine and Spirit Trade Association and Peter Fahey, chief constable of Cheshire discuss the issues.
