Oxfordshire turns speed cameras back on

Speed cameras across Oxfordshire are being switched back on after cuts in the county council's road safety budget led to the cameras being switched off for six months.

Stephen Glaister, director of the RAC Foundation describes how casualties have gone up during the time the speed cameras were off.
