Alexander: Strengthening of Haiti government "critical"

A Haitian government minister has confirmed the death toll from the country's devastating earthquake has risen above 150,000 in the Port-au-Prince area alone.

But with the aid operation entering a new phase after the Haitian government stopped its rescue efforts, how do you rebuild a country that has been so devastated?

International Development Secretary Douglas Alexander discusses the need to co-ordinate reconstruction efforts in the country.
