Netball
What's the score?
Netball is 7v7 for 60 minutes of high-speed court action.

The beauty of this game is you only need a ball and a hoop to give it a go.

What's in the kit bag?
PE kit and regular trainers should suffice for starters.

Top tip
For practice, set up a hoop at home, 10 feet above the ground, and challenge your kids.

Or try some passing where whoever is catching the ball jumps at the same time so they can move their feet to the best position on landing.

Want more details on the sport
Our Sport Academy site has a Netball section with details on the rules, masterclasses from England star Tracey Neville and skill tips on perfect pivoting and bounce passing. Then why not take the training challenges and see how your kids measure up.
