Whether you're road riding, mountain biking, BMX or high-speed racing, there's probably a bike out there for you. You can go more or less wherever you like, whenever you like; for transport or pleasure; alone or with friends. It's a great way to get around and keep fit.

British Cycling runs a cycling programme for young people called Go-Ride. If you want to improve your skills on the road, Cycle Training UK offers training in safer cycling for all ages, as well as maintenance training. The Cyclists' Touring is all about cycling for fun. It also campaigns for cyclists' rights. The National Cycle Network (Sustrans) works on projects to encourage people to walk, cycle and use public transport. Northern Ireland Scotland Wales Disability
