Rugby legend Scott Gibbs wants to see more of YOU getting in on the sporting action.
The former Wales and British Lions centre may have hung up his boots, but now he's lending his support to a special Sports Council for Wales' campaign aimed at getting more kids playing.
Dragon Sport also focuses on recruiting mums and dads to help set up and run after school and community sports clubs.

"Volunteers are vital for setting up and running after-school clubs and weekend clubs," said Scott.

"It's vital that we encourage children at an early age to get fitter and healthier - and Dragon Sport is a fun way to do exactly that," he added.
