Which grips should I use?
Around the Academy:

The chopper grip is perfect for serving and volleying
Introduction

Your grip will depend on the type of shot you play.

There are two basic types two choose from for both the backhand and the forehand.

Choose a style you find most comfortable.

You will know you have it right when your racquet comes to feel as a natural extension of your arm.

The examples given are for right-handers - if you are left-handed simply do things the opposite way round.
