Anne's ABC serving challenge
Around the Academy:

Anne Keothavong
Hi I'm Anne Keothavong, Britain's number one and this is my Sport Academy training challenge.

This will test your serving accuracy and I'm calling it the ABC challenge.

Watch my challenge

First you need a target to aim at like four tennis balls or even your racket cover.

The idea is to see how many times you can hit the target in three different positions.

First is out wide to the Alley or tramlines, then towards your opponent's Body and lastly down the Centre.

If you find it hard just use your tennis bag as a target.

I scored 19 out of 30 when I tried it. But I think you can give me a good run.

Happy serving!
