Float like a butterfly with Hickman
Around the Academy:

Hickman

I'm James Hickman and this is my butterfly masterclass.

Watch my masterclass

I got hooked on swimming after watching Adrian Moorhouse win gold in the Seoul Olympics

I've retired now, but during my 10-year career I won five consecutive World Short Course titles and picked up 36 medals.

My best tip is to try to make a keyhole shape with your arms under the water when you are swimming butterfly.

Check out my butterfly masterclass and you too can be a star in the pool.
