I picked up a gold medal at the European short course swimming championships in Germany in the 200m backstroke.

In 2001, I smashed fifteen British records, five Commonwealth records, two European records and a world record in the 200m backstroke.

And last year was even better. I took gold in the 100m backstroke in Manchester with a new Commonwealth record time of 1 minute 1.06 seconds.

I am a very focused swimmer. Backstroke is my thing and I am desperate to get my 200m record back!

Remember to move your arm in the shape of the letter "S" when it is underwater.
