Intermediate front crawl
Around the Academy:

Step four

Make sure you can keep going by getting the right amount of breath.

You will be able to take a breath more easily if you blow out strongly into the water first.

Try blowing out just before you turn your head to breathe in. Practice taking a quick breath and turning your head smoothly back into the water.

To develop a strong front crawl, it is important to develop a good rhythm.
