Step five
Your breathing is a key part of the stroke. Breathe regularly to keep it going. Your face is in the water so you need to remember to turn your head when you want to take a breath. Try to turn your head very smoothly, leaving the side of your head resting in the water. Doing this incorrectly, will spoil all of the other good things you have done so far. Remember, try to improve one bit at a time, once you think you have done all of these things spend a few sessions practicing them and then have a look at intermediate front crawl.
