Hackett's guide to making a splash!
Around the Academy:

Grant Hackett
Grant Hackett holds the world record over 1500m
There isn't much left in the pool for Grant Hackett to achieve.

The Australian legend is currently the world and Olympic champion and world record holder in the 1500m freestyle - and he hasn't been beaten in that event since 1997.

Grant began swimming at the age of four and the rest, as they say, is history.

In fact, the only time he's ever looked back is to see how far his fellow competitors are trailing behind him!

Here he tells the Academy the secret of his success.
