|Putting in the practice|
|Around the Academy:
I normally practice for between three and four hours a day, Monday to Friday. It'll be even more if there's a tournament coming up.
I don't practice alone. I think the best way to do it is to play frames against other professionals - after all, that's what it's like in a real match.
Snooker is my full-time job and I work very hard at it. After all, you only get out what you put in.
I used to go out drinking and partying a lot, but that started to affect my snooker so I put a stop to it.
Nowadays I'll just hibernate in my room or go for a meal after a match. After all you're not there to enjoy yourself, you're there to win.
I always get an early night and have a good meal the night before a match, but I'm not exactly a healthy eater.
I had a Burger King earlier on today and I'm just about to pop out for a KFC!
