My top tips for becoming a diving star:

• Think positive! It's really important to have the right attitude. Diving can be hard - especially when you're a beginner - but perseverance will pay off

• Listen to your teacher or coach. They know what they're talking about and they're there to help you

• Make sure you eat well. I like to eat pasta, chicken, fruit and vegetables. You can treat yourself every now and then, but on the whole try and eat healthily
