Around the Academy:

Mountain biking is one of the most exciting sports in the world.

And one of the coolest!

There are three main disciplines in competitive mountain biking.

These are: downhill, four cross and cross-country.

They all require fitness, bravery and amazing bike control at scary speeds.

But they are also very different in style from each other.

Here the Academy gives you the ultimate introduction to the daredevil sport of mountain biking.
