To get ready for Athens I went to Cyprus for a training camp for 10 days. Then I went to France for an international training camp followed by Sheffield's Institute of Sport. So I've been away from home quite a bit training and sparring with different boxers from around the country. To prepare mentally before a fight, I go through my best couple of fights on video and refresh myself on different tactics. To relax I go to the pictures, chill out, go out with my mates. I like fish and chips and all the fatty foods you can eat. One of the keys for me is to eat fatty foods because I burn it off. I think that's why I'm so good because I burn all that energy off. I like curry and naans and any takeaway food. I'm a fairly big eater!
