Hi, my name's Dwayne Peel and I play scrum-half for Wales and the Scarlets.
I'm going to show you how to perfect your passing from the ground.

Remember passes need to be clean, quick and accurate.
Aim for the ball to reach chest height and slightly in front so that the receiver can run onto it at pace.
Your back foot should be near the ball, flat on the ground. Your outside foot should be pointing towards the person you're passing to.
When you pass the ball, move your body quickly to transfer your weight from your back foot to the front foot.
Use both hands to scoop the ball up off the ground then release it with a flick of the wrist and fingers.
Your arms and hands should end up pointing towards your target.
Keep practicing and you'll be making pinpoint passes in no time.
Good luck!
