Tackling is a very important part of my game and I am going to show you the basic principles of the tackle.

For around 50% of the game a team will be defending, possibly more depending on the opposition.

It is therefore vitally important that the tackling is right, otherwise the defence will not hold up and your team will concede a lot of points.
