My name is Chris Paterson and I play rugby for Edinburgh and Scotland.

The full-back and two wings can often find themselves the last man in defence.

So there are a number of skills you need to practice if you want to avoid being used as a rugby ball by an opponent charging towards you!

These skills include catching the ball, running with it and being able to tackle.
