Jason spills the beans on how to train harder
Sale, England and Lions superstar Jason Robinson is one of rugby's true greats. Since switching from league, the speedy full back/winger has bagged a whole host of awards. And he caused plenty of headaches at the Rugby World Cup with his lightning quick pace and elusive running helping him score that crucial try in the final against Australia. 'Billy Whizz' takes the Academy through his training regime and offers advice on how YOU can achieve your potential.

What you share on the training ground helps you work as a unit during tough match situations. The extra time you spend training on your own is a great supplement to the team sessions as you can be selfish and focus on your specific needs.
Naturally, you need to work on your weaknesses and building on your strengths. But never overlook the fact that rugby is a team sport. Click the buttons at the top right to read on.
