Be a sidestep sensation!
Around the Academy:

The sidestep is a great way of fooling the defender with quick feet
Introduction

Twinkle-toed Wales wing Shane Williams is a side-step sensation.

If you want to beat defenders just like this pocket-sized whizz-kid the sidestep is the move for you.

It is simple, but effective - and it will leave the defender trailing in your wake.

You need a fast brain as well as fast feet if you want to pull off the perfect sidestep - it's not all about power and speed.

This is a skill mainly associated with the backs.

But it is worth learning if you are a forward in a one-on-one situation with a defender.
