Try Dwayne Peel's passing challenge
Around the Academy:

Hi. I'm Dwayne Peel, scrum-half for Wales and Llanelli Scarlets.

This is my Sport Academy training challenge and it's designed to help you improve your passing.

The idea is simple. All you have to do is pass the ball and see how many times you can hit the post with it.

Stand 5m out to start off with, but you can move back if you start finding it too easy.

Watch my challenge

See how many times you can hit the post in 20 attempts.

When I tried it, I scored 18 out of 20.

Reckon you can make it a clean sweep?

Remember to keep practising off both hands - including your weaker side.

Good luck!
