Get your team involved in the Daily Mail Schools competition
Hundreds of school teams are vying to play at Twickenham

How would you like to tread the same turf as your rugby heroes?

The Daily Mail Schools competition is the country's top event for school sides.

Each year hundreds of teams from across England compete for the chance to play at the finals in Twickenham.

So if you've ever dreamt of running out at England rugby's headquarters, now's the time to make sure your school's involved.

The cup tournament caters for two age groups - Under-18 and Under-15.

There's also a vase competition for teams who lose their first round matches. So you can always get a second bite of the cherry!

With the finals being held on 3 April, unfortunately it's too late to enter a team for this year's event.

But remember to make sure you don't miss out next season when the tournament starts all over again.

Who knows, one day it could be you and your class-mates treading the hallowed turf of the home of English rugby.

For more information about the competition contact the Rugby Football Union on 020 8831 7966
