Here's a boot-iful challenge for all you rugby nuts - all you need is a rugby ball and a mate.

Get your pal to boot the ball as high into the air as possible - then you've got to try and catch it.

Once you've done it, pass the ball straight back to your mate so they can put another one up for you.

See how many times in succession you can make a clean catch.

Remember if you drop the ball, it's back down to zero - so you'll need hands like glue!
