How do you fancy picking up tips and advice from a top Welsh rugby star? The Dragons Rugby Trust has teamed up with Coca Cola to arrange a series of coaching clinics. And what's more, they've got some of the country's best rugby talent on board to help put you through your paces.
Fifty schools the length and breadth of the country have already been selected to take part in this year's scheme. But if you missed out this time round, don't forget to ask your teacher about getting involved next year. The hour-long session will give you and your team-mates the chance to learn from a top Welsh player. Your school will also be provided with a Coca-Cola Rugby Kit Bag crammed with useful equipment including:
