Keeping fit also means looking after your diet.
So you might be surprised to learn we actually encourage the players to eat chewy lollies.
But only after a match of course!
They give you a quick fix of carboydrates that get into your bloodstream quickly and help aid your recovery.
Before a match, players are encouraged to eat meals that are high in carbohydrates.
And immediately after a match they will have a milkshake and some fruit.
Within an hour of the match finishing they eat a cooked meal.
