Around the Academy:

Phil Greening sings the national anthem for England
Phil Greening is one of the best hookers in England
Phil Greening is one of the most recognisable faces in rugby union thanks to his shiny bald head.

The Wasps hooker has had plenty of international experience with England and the Lions.

He is also the captain of England's rugby sevens team.

But Phil was also a talented footballer in his teenage years.

He tells BBC Sport Academy about his experiences playing rugby and football growing up and how he decided to choose a career with the oval ball.
