Hard work
Around the Academy:

Brian O'Driscoll
Brian charges through against France
O'Driscoll's achievements have not happened by accident.

It took a lot of hard work to develop the talent that has made him into what he is now.

"It is just a matter of training hard and believing in yourself.

"There is a lot of good talent coming through the Irish ranks and I think it is just a matter of working harder than everyone else and taking your breaks.

"There are no particular attributes needed, there are different players playing in my position that have strong points in some areas and weaker in others.

"I am no different to them. Just variety to your game and get your basics right I think are the most important things."
