Brian O'Driscoll
Brian points the way for Ireland
Since 1999 O'Driscoll has gone from raw debutant for Ireland to one of the most recognised and highly respected rugby players of his generation.

It wasn't something that he expected to happen so fast.

"Obviously in the early days I never expected to come so far in such a short time," added Brian.

"The last two-and-a-half years have gone so fast.

"Getting my first Test when I was 20 over in Australia was a dream come true and then last summer having played for the Lions was just fantastic and way beyond my expectations.

"Having done that now I think it is important to set yourself new goals and try to achieve as much as you possibly can."
