Brian O'Driscoll
Brian is a key man for Leinster
Brian was one of the first players to be picked up by the Irish Rugby Academy.

For O'Driscoll himself it was just the call-up he needed to spark his career.

"When I got into the Irish Academy for the first time having left school, I had been selected from a large number of players," said O'Driscoll.

"That gave me the positive attitude I needed to go on and train as hard as I have done.

"My development was more of a gradual thing though rather than one defining moment."
