As the son of Lions great Derek Quinnell and nephew of legendary fly-half Barry John, former Wales captain Scott Quinnell has an immaculate rugby pedigree.

Here he talks to the Sport Academy about his lifelong link with the Stradey Park club and what it was like to follow in his famous father's footsteps.
