Have you been a star this week?
Around the Academy:

Have you done something impressive on the sports field?
The clocks maybe going back an hour but you lot are certainly not going backwards when it comes to all your sporting achievements.

This week we have joint winners who have been, quite literally, making waves in the swimming pool.

First up we have Lorna, 11 from Glasgow. She told us: "I swim for Milingavie and Bearden and I got three PBs - 100m freestyle in 1mins 19secs, 1min 31secs in the 100m individual medley and 1min 37secs in the 100m breaststroke.

"I am so pleased because I have been trying really hard in training. My aim is to get a scholarship and go to the United States and train there."

We've got our fingers crossed for you Lorna.

And then we have Sam, from Kirby-in-Ashfield who swam at the disability national short course championships in Sheffield and got personal bests in all eight races, winning gold in the 200m IM, silver in the 100m IM, 100m butterfly and 100m breaststroke.
