The clocks maybe going back an hour but you lot are certainly not going backwards when it comes to all your sporting achievements.
This week we have joint winners who have been, quite literally, making waves in the swimming pool.
First up we have Lorna, 11 from Glasgow. She told us: "I swim for Milingavie and Bearden and I got three PBs - 100m freestyle in 1mins 19secs, 1min 31secs in the 100m individual medley and 1min 37secs in the 100m breaststroke.
"I am so pleased because I have been trying really hard in training. My aim is to get a scholarship and go to the United States and train there."
We've got our fingers crossed for you Lorna.
And then we have Sam, from Kirby-in-Ashfield who swam at the disability national short course championships in Sheffield and got personal bests in all eight races, winning gold in the 200m IM, silver in the 100m IM, 100m butterfly and 100m breaststroke.

Goalkeeper Max , 10 from Connahs Quay earned £5 from his parents after keeping a clean sheet in his team's 18-0 victory
Keep an eye out for Christina, 11 from Dudley, who has been named sport girl of the year for her school. She tells us she wants to take part in the athletics for the London Olympic Games in 2012
It was boys against girls as Sarah, 14 from Tavistock scored a try for her girl's rugby team - despite losing the match to the boys. She also tells us she loves her rugby
Michael, 9 from Cheltenham was a star keeper when he stopped an amazing shot in goal for his football team
Will, 15 from Ashford was selected for trials for the south east England hockey team and has also been put forward for trials for England U16s hockey team
Giovanni led the London Griffins to a first for any London rugby league club when they won the Plate final in Hull. Well done to all the team
Richard, 15 from Kings Lynn is in the Norfolk finals for Greco-Roman wrestling
Emily, 14 from Wilmslow has been chosen for the greater Manchester county elite netball squad
Goals galore from Demi, 11 from Hereford who scored seven in one game
Chris, 17 from Ealing is £130 richer after winning two adult tennis county tennis tournaments in the same week, beating players ranked well above him
Maria, 11 from Loughborough took part in the long jump for the first time and jumped 5.50 metres - the best distance in her athletics team
Connor, 12 from Rockford finished in seventh place out of 20 runners in a one-mile race against other schools
Dan, 12 from Canterbury scored his first goal for his team in his first match
Emma, 15 from Bristol has been chosen for the under-17s girls rugby county team, as well as the regional team too
Emma, 15 from Stratford-upon-Avon finished second in the 100m breaststroke in the English Schools Championships at Manchester
Helen, 12 from Glasgow finished sixth in her first cross country competition representing her new school
Zara, 12 from London recorded a "very fast" 13.2 seconds in the 100m in an national athletics competition, winning the race and getting asked to compete in the national finals in Birmingham, where she came second overall
Emma, 14 from Clevedon has become an assistant club coach for gymnastics
Catherine, 13 from Newbury told us: "A man had to come to watch me play table tennis to see if I was good enough for Berkshire. I was really nervous but it paid 'COZ I GOT PICKED!"
