Introduction
Let's face it you're never going to win a netball match if your side can't shoot! But the ball isn't going to go through the net every time either. If you want to be a sharp shooter you need to keep your balance, find your aim and use your whole body to make the shot. You also need to stay focused and calm under pressure. Shooting may give you the glory but it requires great mental strength - so you need to be tough!
