When you are practicing pivoting - think of yourself as a ballet dancer or iceskater!
Think balance, poise and fluid movements.
After you have jumped to catch the ball, land with one foot on the ground.
This is the landing foot and you will pivot on it.
It is important to control your balance before you attempt to pivot.
You should stand with your knees slightly bent and your feet shoulder width apart.
Make sure you have a firm grip on the ball too.
